    "I took on coaching as a means to improve my life and align the thoughts I envision for myself and turn them into real, actionable steps. It was difficult to open up and talk about deeply personal things initially. Just allowing myself to be open to the idea of being coached and to really show up and make an effort in each session really showed me the power I possess within myself. After breaking this wall, it naturally flowed out of me and it felt so easy to continue on with such deep-rooted thoughts. Just having the opportunity to speak about my thoughts, troubles, aspirations, and goals OUT LOUD with such an expert listener like Sandy really made all the difference. It just allowed me to see things SO much more clearly, and sift through the BS fluff that clogs my mind. I think it’s such an important thing to exercise talking through our thought process out loud. [Coaching] was worth it because I saw considerable change in my thinking, and therefore my actions instantly. I am proud to have overcome a lot of my family’s shaming and judgment within my everyday life. This is still a work-in-progress, and I have more growth to experience here but with Sandy’s coaching I have made significant progress with this.     I am a person who is healing from shame and guilt. After every time I meet with Coach Sandy, I feel a deeper understanding with compassion for my feelings and emotions. I feel grounded and reconnected to Self by understanding why I feel the way I do, with powerful observations and reflections for reframing my inner dialogue with self love and compassion. This empowers me to go about my day and week with not only self love in my heart, but deeper compassion for others on our respective journeys.

    Working with Coach Sandy, I am learning to reframe my inner dialogue, un-shame myself, and speak to myself with love and kindness. I am learning to decolonize my behavior, release shame and guilt, and be free as my authentic self.
